Audley Warehouse

The Audley Business Park is a 60,500 sq. ft. multi-tenant tilt-up warehouse located at 785 Derwent Way in the Annacis Business Park in Delta, BC. Designed by Abbarch Architecture and built by Prism Construction for owner RCG Group, the development features a boldly articulated façade with coloured cladding portal frames defining individual tenant entries across the length of the building, with two-storey curtainwall feature glazing anchoring both end elevations.

Vision West supplied and installed 6,700 sq. ft. of thermally broken exterior curtainwall, punched windows, and commercial aluminum swing doors across the project. A key coordination challenge was installing the curtainwall at both feature corners, where large-format glazing had to be sequenced and fitted around the precast concrete portal frames projecting off the front face of the building — requiring precise detailing at each interface condition.
