Drawing & Engineering

Our drawing and engineering work is led by experienced professionals who understand how glazing and aluminum systems come together in practice—not just on paper. Having worked across a wide range of projects, often with repeat clients, our team brings a level of consistency and reliability that supports the entire build process.

Shop Drawings

We produce clear, detailed shop drawings that guide fabrication and installation. The goal is straightforward: eliminate guesswork and make sure systems are understood before they reach the site.

Engineering

Structural loads, thermal performance, as well as air and water control are all accounted for as part of the design. In British Columbia, this includes careful attention to wind and seismic conditions, ensuring systems are suited to the environment they’re built in.

Compliance

We work within applicable codes and standards, coordinating stamped drawings and documentation where required. Requirements are addressed early so approvals and inspections move smoothly.

Coordination

We work closely with architects, engineers, and façade consultants to align details across disciplines. This helps resolve interface conditions early and avoids conflicts during installation.

Built on Experience

With decades of combined experience, our team understands where problems tend to arise—and how to avoid them. That experience shows up in the drawings: clear, coordinated, and ready to be built without unnecessary revisions.
