Project Summary

West 200th is a multi-tenant commercial office building located at 19923 in Langley, British Columbia, set within the growing Willoughby business district. The four-storey project, built by Orion Construction, anchors a commercial campus that now serves as Orion’s own corporate headquarters alongside additional tenants including HALL.

Vision West supplied and installed approximately 15,000 square feet of glazing across the building envelope. The scope included stick-built curtainwall, storefront, Medium stile entrance doors, and operable vents. The vision glass is grey reflective on the #2 surface over Solarban 60 low-e on the #3 surface — a high-performance, solar-controlled makeup that delivers both thermal performance and the building’s distinctive dark, reflective façade character.

Vision West also installed an architectural glass canopy with brushed stainless spider fittings over the main building entry, completing the project’s signature entry detail. The completed building, designed by Chip Barrett and D Force Design Inc., reflects a contemporary commercial aesthetic shaped by deeply articulated façade massing, panelized cladding accents, and the consistent dark-framed glazing line that Vision West executed across all elevations.
