Oakridge Lutheran Church is a mixed-use development at 5880 Ash Street in Vancouver, British Columbia, completed in 2019. Designed by Francl Architecture Inc. and built by Marcon for Catalyst Community Developments and Oakridge Lutheran Church, the project combines a ground-level church and community space with residential floors above.
Vision West supplied and installed over 11,000 square feet of exterior curtainwall on the project, executed in vertical structural silicone glazing with Vanceva laminated glass in a wide colour palette to create a coloured-glass effect across the principal elevations. The Vision West scope also included the glass canopies, handicap door operators, and the interior glass handrails throughout the entry atrium — a multi-trade glazing package that ties the building’s ground-floor public spaces and feature elevations into a single, cohesive envelope.
